I’ve been grateful to witness an aray of elopements over the years, from adventurous destination nuptials to styled elopements in beautiful National Parks.

On this day, I was given the greatest gift of witnessing a fully private elopement: no officiant, just the couple and myself. This kind of intimacy creates an intense sincerity throughout the entire experience. I am but a fly in the sea breeze of unfolding moments.

There’s so many ways to wed, and as long as it feels right for you, there’s no wrong way to do it. Follow your intuition fully. Invite your mates, invite no one. Chase the sunset on the beach and watch the moon rise.

Maggie & Kris chose a private day to celebrate just the two of them. Slowly, intentionally, poetically. Fully.
